Requirement:
· Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 4-5 star hotels, restaurants
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food Technology, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotels
· Passion on food art, Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
· Good people management and communication skills, Passion on people development
