A National exploration and production oil and gas company operating in on-shore/off-shore of East Java, is seeking qualified candidates to fill in the position of a Jr. Reservoir Engineer.

General Requirement:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering disciplines from reputable universities.
2. Fresh Graduate – 2 (two) year experience in oil and gas industry
3. Has practical knowledge of related work in unit (Production Engineering) and familiarity with directly realted work in other units (Reservoir, Drilling) in order to understand and follow varying procedure.
4. Good command of English
5. Ability to use software
6. Ability to work with minimum supervision and work in teams.

Responsibilities

    1. Performs calculation to estimate oil & gas in place and  remaining reserves
     2. Develops a complete "Scope of Work", "Task List", and for each task/project assigned; proposes a schedule for completion of each task included in "Task List".              
    3. Develops a complete “Scope of Work”, Task List” and for each task/project assigned, propose a schedule for completion.
     4. Participates in fields assignment to performs routine
     calculations relating to Engineering activities to provide a
     sound technical background
     5. Develops, maintains, and improves technical level and ability through industry literature, services company contact, training/course and field trip/assignment

     6.Develops a sense of responsibility for own actions and accuracy of data furnished to others.

We are seeking qualified Indonesian professional for a ‘BOOKKEEPER’.
 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 
The Bookkeeper is responsible for preparing appropriate and correct documentation for payment transactions under direction of Senior Finance Manager. He/she will work closely with Project Accountant and Finance Officer for maintaining an accounting database and securing financial filing systems.
 
Specific tasks:
 
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:
1. Maintaining the project’s accounting file system, ensuring all vouchers are in order, completed correctly, have bank slips/copy of checks attached, and other supporting documents are required.
2. Receiving and processing local invoices for approval payment to vendor or employees.
3. Assist in preparing documentation for payment transactions including but not limited to advances, petty cash voucher, in-house transfer, checks and transfer form. Ensuring all transactions are supported with proper and complete documents and are alignment with Chemonics and USAID standard procedures.
4. Ensuring all transactions are entered into the correct account billing code and then ensuring proper distribution to the correct CLIN.
5. Assist in preparing coding sheet and journal entries for posting purposes in Abacus.
6. Maintaining accurate filing systems that ensure compliance with auditing practices.
7. As directed by Senior Finance Manager, assist in providing a calculation of withholding information for suppliers, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders according to the Indonesian tax regulations.
8. Complying with all HELM project policies and procedures as noted in the Indonesia Country Policy Manual and FACT training manual.
9. Performing other duties as requested by Senior Finance Manager or his/her designee.

Specific requirements:


• Bachelor Degree in Accounting is a must.
• Minimum 1 year working experience as an accountant. USAID or other international donor experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. Also, experience with accounting software programs such as QuickBooks and Abacus preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
• Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communications skills.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well on teams.
• Must be interested in working with a multi-cultural, international team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifiaction:


-)Minimum of a 3-year bachelor degree in mechanical or structural engineering ,or equivalent experience with at least ten up to fifteen (10-15) years of experience including having expertise skills and knowledge in coordinating and executing of crane and lifting equipment operation , maintenance and material management in oil and gas or petrohemical industries.


-)Knowledge and understanding of the key operation and maintenance parameters associated with crane and other lifting equipment in general as >>> Offshore pedestal cranes and mobile cranes,loose lifting,wire ropes and winches and hydraulics system.


-)Able to specify and advice on repair techniques for new and in-service cranes and lifting equipment


-)Familiarity with cranes operations safety


-)Familiar with Indonesian MIGAS Lifting equipment certification requirement and the processes


-)A Good command of both oral and written english


-)Willing to work in remote locations,including papua province


-)Must also have strong leadership skills,have a proactive attitude,and be interested in finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of Tangguh operations


-)Understand HSE Matter, regulations applicable to crane and lifting operations,inspection and maintenance.


-)Has experience in using maintenance management system tools and application.


Responsible :


-)Ensuring that employees under their supervisan receive the required training and are qualified to operate the cranes and hoists in their areas


-)Ensure that training for crane and hoists operators is provided


-)Evaluating crane and hoist operators


-)Ensuring that equipment is inspected and tested monthly and annually by a qualified individual as required


-)Ensuring that monthly and annual inspections and records of repairs to cranes and hoist are maintained


-)Ensuring that initial and special load test of cranes and hoist are completed and the records are maintained. NOTE = These requirements may be performed by an outside vendor.


-)Schedulling non-destructive testing and inspections of crane and hoist hooks


-)Maintaining manuals and manufactures literature for crane and hoist


-)Ensuring the Inspections and load test to establish the capacity of special rigging equipments and fixtures,and the affixing of labels with the capacity to equipment are performed. NOTE = These Requirements may be performed by an outside vendor.


-)Ensuring the performance of test to certify fabricated personnel platforms,baskets,and rigging. NOTE = These requirements may be performed by an outside vendor

Identify occupational hygiene and medical requirements by conducting or arranging relevant surveys to ensure maintenance of standards or improvements in meeting changes in operational conditions;

Investigate and report major accidents/incidents, and using a database track follow-up actions, identify unsafe trends and compile statistical information for management reports;

Ensure timely submission of all necessary reports to Company and governmental organizations such as SKS MIGAS, MIGAS, BAPEDAL, Manpower Department;

Maintain Emergency Preparedness Plans up to date, co-ordinate emergency and response exercises that cover full participation of the Company and external organizations;

Manage a Corrective Actions Register for HSE issues ensuring actions are assigned, initiated and closed out in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :

·   Melakukan proses penjualan produk kredit kepada calon nasabah

·   Mencari, mendapatkan calon nasabah serta merencanakan kunjungan-kunjungan kepada calon nasabah

·   Membuat laporan berkala kunjungan nasabah

·   Mengumpulkan, meneliti data dan informasi nasabah dalam rangka memroses pemberian kredit

·   Melakukan analisis kredit atas permohonan kredit dalam rangka memroses persetujuan kredit

·   Memonitor pencairan dana kredit maupun proses pelunasan kredit

·   Menerapkan prinsip "Know Your Customer" dalam berhubungan dengan nasabah

·   Melakukan cross selling produk-produk bank lainnya


Requirement :


·   Pendidikan SMA, D3 atau S1, IPK minimal 2,70

·   Usia 21 sampai 27 tahun

·   Fresh Graduate atau Pengalaman Kerja minimal 1 tahun (untuk D3 & S1)

·   Pengalaman Kerja minimal 3 tahun (untuk SMA)

·   Memiliki kemampuan dan motivasi yang kuat untuk memasarkan produk Bank

·   Komunikatif dan memiliki interpersonal skills yang baik

·   Bertanggung jawab, jujur dan memiliki integritas yang tinggi

·   Mahir mengoperasikan komputer khususnya Ms. Office

·   Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan mempunyai SIM C
