for Common Ground (SFCG), whose mission is to transform how individuals, organisations and governments deal with conflict - away from adversarial approaches and toward cooperative solutions. SFCG's headquarters are in Washington, DC USA and Brussels, Belgium.
Position: Admin and Finance Assistant
Location: Jakarta
Start date: 1 August 2010
Key Responsibilities:
The Admin and Finance Assistant will assist the Finance Manager and Admin Officer in receiving incoming calls, travel reservations, procure office supplies and other finance and admin tasks given by the Finance Manager and Admin Officer.
Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years experience in administration and finance (accounting)
• Minimum diploma or bachelor degree graduated
• Possesses strong initiative; able to work independently and as member of a team
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet and email
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
