RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

REQUIREMENTS :

•Male/Female, max. 35 years old
•Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00, having profession certificate is preferable
•Experienced 5 years in handle recruitment
•Good knowledge in using psychological test and making psychological report
•Have passion to attract talented people
•Solid expertise in Human Resource area
•Poses strong leadership and excellent communication skill
•Fluent in English both oral & written
•Disciplined individuals who have strong integrity and can cope with high work standard demands
•Mature professional with strong initiative
•Well organized, fast, efficient & creative
•WILLING TO BE PLACE AT KARAWACI OFFICE
