Senior Planner at Petrochemical Company

 

Our client is a leading petrochemical multinational company located at Merak, Benten, looking for the professionals, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following positions:

SENIOR PLANNER

OBJECTIVE;

Manage and ensure the maintenance sub-processes and responsible for part of the process Manage Quality and Manage Quality System within the framework of compliance with Government and Company Policy.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Managing the implementation of evaluation of the historical data of 

  production equipment including maintenance, repair, improvement or 

  development that has  been done with the budget used

- Managing the process of monitoring the implementation of treatment

- Managing the process of evaluating the performance of production 

  equipment and identify areas of improvement based on the conditions 

  and problems faced

- Manage sub-ordinate within the scope of works: set goals and 

  performance targets, monitor achievement, support and motivate, as 

  well as identify and propose the needs of competence development

- Ensuring the identifying existing hazards in the workplace ranging 

  from doing investigation against accident or feedback from the  

  implementation of EHS  policies and recommendations to guide the 

  implementation of EHS

- Ensuring the implementation of EHS management policy implementation 

  starts from the availability of documentation regarding the 

  procedure goes by EHS to EHS management change process

- Ensure all maintenance activity reporting

- Having experiences to conduct and manage plant overhaul
- Willing to stay at Cilegon/ Serang area
 
Required Skills:

- Minimum S-1 degree of Mechanical Engineering from reputable University
- Capable using AutoCAD & Shop Drawing

 - Having related experience as a Maintenance Planner minimum 7 years
- Able to use Computer and Fluently in English (written and spoken)
- Familiar with SAP
