General requirement:
1. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

1. GEOLOGIST (GEO)


Requirements:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
3. Minimum 2 years experience, preferable in mineral exploration
4. Able to operate mining software: Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, Arc View
5. Able to operate Surpac is a plus point
6. Able to make progress report on designated project
7. Good knowledge about Safety / K3 procedure
8. Willing to be placed in all projects in Indonesia

2. MINE PLAN ENGINEER SPT / SPV (MPE SPT/SPV)


Requirements:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
3. Minimum 4 (four) years experience for SPT and 3 (three) years
experience for SPV in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling
and executing to all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and
analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and
dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
7. Taking care of quality of mine product
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
9. Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape,
Surpac, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)

3. MINING / PRODUCTION SPT – SPV (PROD)

Requirements:

1. Male, max 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer faculty
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company as Production
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling
and executing to all mining activities
5. Capable of doing calculation of heavy equipment hour production,
summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, usage of fuel, man
power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Taking care of quality of mine product
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
10. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
11. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest

4. SURVEYOR CHIEF / FOREMAN (SURVEY)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Min D3 Cartographic (Ilmu Ukur Tanah)
3. Having minimum 2-3 years experience in mining industry
4. Able to operate Autocad Land Desktop
5. Able to operate Surpac is a plus point
6. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
7. Well understanding of Total Station Tools (Leica & Sokia)
8. Able to do a topographic measurement and data processing
9. Willing to be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

5. QUALITY CONTROL / LAB SUPERINTENDENT (LAB SPT)

Requirements:

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Chemistry
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience from laboratory in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling
and executing to all laboratory activities
5. Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of
Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS,
GB)
6. Familiar with SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA
procedures and work flow production process in mining company
7. Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants,
interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS,
UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
10. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
11. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest

6. HR & GA MANAGER (HRGAM)

Requirements:

1. Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and administration in the areas of
personnel management and services, industrial relations, general
affairs and compensation & benefit programs are implemented
2. Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR
policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management
3. Ensure relations with Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained
4. Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice,
administration process to meet company and legal requirements
5. Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on
events and / or other activities aimed at developing good community
and employee relations

Qualifications:

1. Maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management from reputable university
3. Possessing at least 8 (eight) years experience in Human Resource
field, with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial position, preferably
from mining industry
4. Experienced in recruitment, training & development, compensation &
benefit, organizational development, payroll, and industrial relations
5. Deep understanding about man power regulation, especially in mining industry
6. Excellent in English, both written and oral
7. Computer-literate
8. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
9. A fast learner, self motivated attitude and able to work
independently under pressure situation and tight timeline
10. Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem

7. HSE SUPERVISOR (HSES)

Requirements:

1. Male, age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience as Health Safety Environment
(HSE) in mining or oil & gas industry
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health
/ environment engineering
4. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
8. Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies,
system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their
implementation
9. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified
HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
10. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss
and lost time injury)
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and
organizational skills
12. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
13. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

8. LOGISTIC MANAGER / SPT / SPV (LOG)

Requirements:

1. Male, maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining or heavy equipment company
3. Degree from faculty of management, technical or logistic from
reputable university
4. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be
an advantage
5. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
6. Posses good knowledge about supply chain management
7. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound
/ outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and
delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time
delivery
8. Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and
minimize product damage, loss, and waste

9. CHIEF SECURITY (SEC)


Requirements:

1. Male, age maximum 45 years old (proportional in height and weight)
2. Minimum High School degree, preferably from Police / Army institution
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in related field, preferably from
mining, plantation or forestry company
4. Having valid SKCK letter and medical letter
5. Responsible for guarding and protecting company asset s and it s
environment from any potential treats from inside or outside sources
6. Good knowledge about safety / K3 procedure
7. Posses martial arts will be an advantage
8. Good physical health and having an adventure personality
9. Good communication skill and loyal to company

10. HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC (HEM)


Requirements:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum High School degree from mechanical, automotive or electrical
3. Minimum 3 (three) year experience in related field, preferably from
mining company or heavy duty equipment company
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
5. Able to repair and over haul heavy equipment such as dump truck,
excavator, bulldozer, ADT, compactor and grader from various
type/model from various brand/manufacturer (Europe, Japanese, China)
6. Able to make maintenance schedule for heavy duty equipment
7. Monitoring break down unit and trouble unit
8. Able to identify genuine spare parts or compatible parts for all
type of heavy duty equipment
9. Well knowledge about safety procedure
10. To be located in Eastern part of Indonesia, with rotation schedule
