SITE HR OFFICER, URGENTLY NEEDED

A Multinational Mining/Drilling Service Company is seeking skilled, experienced, and qualified professionals for the following position:

  

                                    SITE HR OFFICER

 

 

To qualify for the post, the applicants need to have minimum requirements as follows:

a)      Bachelor degree (S1) Management / Economics / Human Resources Management/Psychology

b)      Having more than 5 year experience working in the field/site in the areas of Payroll, Petty cash, Logistic, General Affair, Jamsostek, Law of labor & Recruitment

c)      Max of 35 years of age

d)     Preference will be given to the candidate who is currently working at mining, oil & gas and manufacturing companies

e)      English and computer literacy are a must for both positions.

f)       Ready to work at the site / field office on a roster scheme (6/3, 5/2 or 4/2 weeks)

 

Ready to start working by mid September at the latest !
