Footwear Technician for Converse
He/She is assigned key responsibility for driving commercialization process to ensure the products (Converse vulcanized shores) are manufacturable, process effective and meet the performance and quality expectation of consumer. This position would report to Tech Manager, Converse Footwear Technical Service China

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or related fields from an accredited University
5 years of working experience in the Footwear Industry
Broad knowledge of various types of footwear and construction is preferred
Excellent English and computer literacy are essential
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill
