Junior & Senior System Analyst/ Programmer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis, design, development and delivery of company's systems and application projects
– To fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a system analyst and programmer (when required)
– To participate in the full project development lifecycle including requirement study, system analysis and design, system and application development, testing and acceptance, deployment and handover (documentation & training)
– To review/analyse/evaluate all the relevant requirements (including feasibility study and risks analysis) in order to produce the most appropriate solution design
– To provide necessary technical advice/recommendations to project team for decision making
– To monitor, evaluate and report on possible technical risks of project failure and extension
– To lead and develop software project development team by carrying out planning, scheduling and supervisory duties
– To ensure that the project & department methodology and processes are followed by the development team
– To ensure the delivery of quality solution which meet requirements, reliable, maintainable and scalable

SPECIFIC / ADDITIONAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
– To involve in non-project related tasks in order to improve the operation and process of department
– To develop relevant technical knowledge and skills
– To research, evaluate and propose possible solutions which meet client requirements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Programmer (Senior Post)

COMPETENCY
Technical Skills
– Excellent in latest version of HTML, Javascript and CSS
– Proficient in C++, JAVA, JSP and/or .Net
– Experience in RDBMS (e.g. MySQL, MSSQL)
– Good knowledge on methodology and OOP concept
– Knowledgeable in any Linux operating system
– Knowledgeable on the latest technology and industry trends

Other Skills
– Resourceful and possess strong problem solving and analytical skill
– Possess logical and analytical thinking in making suggestion / recommendations
– Self motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Self starter, committed to excellence and strong desire to learn
– Strong team player
– Able to work under tight deadlines
– Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES
– Qualification in Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
– 3 years and above working experience on the relevant fields
– Fresh Grads to 1 Year experience for Junior post
– 2 Position for Senior & 2 Position for Junior
– Working Area in Jakarta
– To start in September 2011
