Currently they are seeking for Fertilizer Market Developer and Trader
Asia to based in Jakarta.

The Fertilizer Market Developer and Trader will be responsible to develop the Platform in Indonesia as a first step, and later in other Asian countries. Main focus will be the launch of the Fertilizer Activity in Indonesia, coordinating all related legal, organizational,
trade and execution developments.

Areas of responsibility/Role:

* Responsible for implementing all formal requirements for local
Fertilizer Distribution
* Responsible for develop the organization for trade Fertilizers
(HR, IT, accounting, etc.)
* Responsible for sales and trades on the area
* Maintain and develop strong relations with external suppliers
and internal and external customers.
* Development of new and innovative supply/marketing alternatives
* Participate in the development and implementation of
supply/sales strategy of the Platform within Asia

Experience

* Three to five years minimum experience in Trading of commodities
within Indonesia
* Knowledge in business practices and cultures, like international
contracts and shipping
* Understanding of markets and credit risks
* Understanding of financial and accounting principles
