Need Urgent Executtive Chef & Cook for 2-3 Stars Hotel in Jakarta

Needed Urgent
 
We are 2-3 Stars hotel in Central Jakarta with 114 rooms with 5 meeting rooms and a restaurant
 
We need immediatly the post of :
 
1. Executive Chef
2. Cook / Commis
 


Executive Chef:
 
- Male (30-45)
- D3 is preferable
- Experience at least 2-3 years as a Chef De Party (CDP) in 3/4 Stars Hotel
- Familiar handling buffet for 500 pax or above
- Must Have a good knowledge and skill in Indonesian Menu and Western, others will be beneficial
- Good Knowledge in Kitchen Management ( Administrations, SOP, Menu Budgeting, Leadership,etc)
- Willing to work Hard with good commitment
 
Cook:
- Male (28-45)
- Min High School / SMK
- Experience at least 2 years in Famous Restaurant or 3 Stars Hotel
- Must Have a good knowlegde in Indonesian Menu and Western, others will be beneficial
- Familiar with fast atsmofer, speedy in work, and willing to work hard
