We are a private energy service & trading company based in Indonesia.
We are determined to expand the business and explore new opportunities
especially in the downstream oil sector.

We are now seeking candidate for the following vacant position:

I. HRD MANAGER (1 position)
II. MARKETING OFFICER (4 position)
III. OPERATIONAL MANAGER (2 position)

Responsibilities for I:
• Plan all things pertaining to the company s HRD activity including
staffing need, systems and procedures and budget.
• Conduct the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees.
• Analyze and create accurate job descriptions.
• Maintain the company s compensation System to ensure fair and
equitable pay rates.
• Design and administer the company's benefits program, including
health insurance.
• Assess employee performance and report any gaps between expectations
and outputs.
• Conduct training programs that enhance employees skills and improve
their abilities to work as a team.

Responsibilities for II:
• To market diesel fuel, chemicals and lubricants products Kalimantan
and Sulawesi area.
• Determine the demand for diesel fuel, chemicals and lubricants
products in Kalimantan and Sulawesi area.
• Identify potential customers and analyze the competition for diesel
fuel, chemicals and lubricants trading in Kalimantan and Sulawesi
area.
• Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company s profits.
• To create marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets
while ensuring customers satisfaction..

Responsibilities for III:
• Running the day-to-day operations of the company business.
• To find ways to make the company more productive by providing
effective methods in its business operations.
• Controls costs and expenses, monitor production and supervises site managers.
• Handle and prevent problems quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct interdepartmental coordination thought meetings and other
communication channels.
• Prepare regular report for company s management

Requirements:
► Skills & Knowledge:
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing diesel fuel, chemicals
and lubricants products (II).
• More than 5 years of experience in similar job role (I, III).
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Stress and Time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software including the
spreadsheet and word processing programs and email at a highly
proficient level.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills, especially English.
