We are, a private company which located at South Jakarta, require a highly motivated and talented people to fill in the vacant position:

 

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

 
Job Responsibilities:

Doing all matters related to administration duties, such as:

·         Daily transaction

·         Prepare quotation, PO, SO, contract document, project agreement, letters for purchasing & logistic

·         Prepare tender documents

·         Create invoice

·         Booking ticket for national staff or expatriate – for local trip or international trip

 

 

Job Specification:

·         Female

·         Educational background minimum D3

·         Has knowledge in purchasing & logistic

·         Has knowledge about accounting

·         Has experience to do the same task is an advantage

·         Self-starter, able to do multiple tasks

·         Able to speak English

·         Honest, independent and result oriented.
