Customer Service Coordinator CKB Logistics

Customer Service Coordinator
Jakarta Raya - Cilandak KKO

 

Responsibilities:

To support sales executive activity such as prepare prequalification tender document.
To handle customers inquiry and make timely update to customers.
To handle validation process ensuring invoicing and collection process on time.
To produce and update performance report such as score card.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Logistic/Transportation with min. GPA 3.00.
At least 2 years of working experience as a customer service in logistics industry.
Have a good understanding of oil & gas.
Able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written.
Customer service oriented.
Good communication and negotiation skill.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
