PERSONAL ASSISTANT

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Female and single
Minimum Diploma from Secretarial Academy with proven experience in secretarial duties at minimum 2 years experience
Effective office (clerical, secretarial), time management and organizational skills
Fluency in English and good command in Ms. Office
Ability to take initiative and work well with minimum supervision
Ability to relate well to stakeholders and public in person and on telephone
Well-organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks
Strong and well-developed communications and inter-personal skills
Detail oriented, mature and able to work in team
