HR - Manager
Requirements :
- Min. educational background is Bachelor Degree preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Law, or Psychology.
- Min. 5-7 years experiences in the same position.
- Familiar with Indonesian Labour-Law and Regulation.
- Have a good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent in leadership skill and good manpower management skills.
- Good team-work and able to be a role model (integrity).
- Fluent in English both oral or written.
