PT Equator Sumber Energy - We are a Mining Company member of a fast growing mining group company intending to commence operation in Central Kalimantan for coking coal project, looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional with successful track record to join and grow with the company for the following position.

1. Mining Operation General Manager (Site)
A Senior position reporting to Board of Directors.
Responsible for all aspects of Site Operation, including mine planning, production, budgeting, and cost control.
- Max age 50 years.
- Min 10 years experience in managing large mining Site.

2. Mining Operation Manager (Site)
Responsible for mine Operation, including mine planning, production and QC.
- Min 7 years experienced in managing large coal mining site in the same position.
- Obtain certification of KTT (Kepala Tehnik Tambang).

3. Mining Production Superintendent (Site)
Responsible for managing Production activity of Mining Operation.
- Min 5 years experience in managing large coal mining site in the same position.
- Having experience in mine blasting operation.
- Obtain certification of explosive 2 (Juru Ledak tingkat 2).

4. Mining Production Engineer (Site)
Responsible for day to day activity of Production in Mining Operation.
- Min 2 years experience at same position in large coal mining site.
- Having experience in mine blasting operation.

5. Mining Plan Superintendent (Site)
Responsible for technical advice, planning and improve mine method, prepare medium and long term planning, preparing drilling plan.
- Min 5 years experience at same position in coal mining.
- Operate software - minescape and X-pact.

6. Mining Plan Engineer (Site)
Responsible for preparing long term pit design and calculation of mineable reserve.
- Max age 35 years.
- Min 3 years experience at same job in coal mining.
- Operate software - minescape and X-pact.

7. Mining Geology Superintendent (Site)
Responsible for preparing and making geological models.
- Max 35 years, S1 Geology Engineering.
- Min 5 years experience at same job in coal mining.

8. Environmental Officer (Site)
Responsible for monitoring and controlling environment aspect in all Site operation including surrounding area, include managing reclamation and rehabilitation programs to ensure complying with the company RKL / RPL.
- Max age 40, 51 in Forestry/Agriculture/Ecology/Environmental.
- Min 5 years experience at same position in mining.
- Knowledgeable in Government regulation and internal guidance related to environmental.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in handling reclamation. Bin diversity studies, waste management & water monitoring.

9. Paramedic Officer (Site)
Responsible for day to day clinic operation in the field.
- Max age 40, Min D3 in Nursery (Akademi Perawat).
- Min 3 years experience at same position on mining.

10. Site Coordinator for Infrastructure (Site)
Responsible for construction activities in Line Conveyor.
- S1 Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
- Min 5 yrs experience in material handling project.

11. Quality Control Engineer (Site)
Responsible for fabrication, welding, painting, erection works and field welding works.
- S1 Mechanical Engineer, posses valid Welding Certificate.
- Able to interpret welding profile, dimensional control & checking, verify galvanize coating system.
- Familiar with shop drawing, field erection procedure.

12. Technical Engineer (Site)
Responsible for construction project administration & reporting.
- S1 Mechanical/Civil Engineer.
- Computer literary, preferably familiar with MS Office & Auto CAD.
- 2-3 years working experience.

13. River Officer (Site)
Responsible for river management in the project of Road Construction.
- S1 Civil Engineering.
- 5 years experience in same role.

14. Site Inspector (Site)
Responsible for controlling and monitoring bridge construction.
- S1 Civil Structure.
- Mastering software of STAAD for windows & Auto CAD.
- Min 3 yrs experience in handling bridge construction.

15. Government Relation Officer (Jakarta)
Responsible for preparing, monitoring and reporting mining permits related to Ministry of Forestry, ESDM, and Ministry of Transportation.
- Max age 35, S-1 Mining/Forestry/Agriculture will be preferred.
- 10 yrs experience in handling permits in Mine, Transportation, Forest & Environmental activities.

16. Community Relation Officer (Site)
Responsible for developing, implementing and control of community development program and maintain a good relationship with Community and Government/Non Government bodies.
- S-1 Mining/Geology/Forestry/Agriculture.
- Min 10 yearn experience at same job in mining.

17. Legal Assistant (Jakarta)
Responsible for preparing documentation and other activities related to corporate matters.
- Female, max age 30, S1 Law from reputable University.
- Min 5 years experience in handling Company legal Documents.
- Possess excellent knowledge in Government regulation, Permits and Contract drafting.

18. Budgeting Staff (Jakarta)
Responsible to support budgeting activities.
- Max age 27, S1 Accounting from reputable university with min IPK 3.2
- Min 3 years experience at same job in reputable Company.

19. Executive Secretary (Jakarta)
Responsible for handling all secretarial duties for the Board of Director.
- Female, single max 30, S1 from reputable university.
- Min 5 years experience as Secretary of Director in reputable Company.

20. Procurement Officer (Site)
Responsible for planning, executing and finalizing purchasing & procurement spend across Department in Site.
- Max 40 years, preferably S1 degree.
- 3-5 years experience at same job.

21. Procurement Officer (Jakarta)
Responsible for planning, executing and finalizing purchasing & procurement spend across Department.
- Max 40 years, S1 degree.
- 5-7 years experience at same job.

22. HR Administrator (Jakarta)
Responsible for handling HR Administration works, to include report and data integrity.
- Max age 30 years, Min D3, preferably with IT knowledge.
- 3-5 years experienced in same position.

23. General Services Officer (Jakarta)
Responsible for taking care of all general office support affairs.
- Max age 40 years, S1 preferably.
- Min 5 years experienced in same position.

General requirement:

Male or female.
Age max of 45, unless specified below S1 degree in Mining/Geology Engineering, unites specified below.
Good Communication and interpersonal skill.
Should be accountable and result driven.
Posses strong commitment and strong leadership.
