Job Description:
 
A multinational recruitment company is setting up operation in Cairo, Egypt. We are searching for a manager to oversee a small team that will work with an extensive network of our global offices to source candidates and place them in positions throughout Egypt and the Middle East.
 
(There is a great salary package + commission + other benefits on offer.)
 
 
Prerequisites:
 
 
·         Successful applicant will need to have at least 5 years experience in the Egyptian executive hire recruitment industry, or come from a HR background.
 
·         Candidates with management and business development experience will be given preference.
 
·         required to be a self starter who can think strategically about the direction of a business.
 
·         Manage with empathy and motivate a team to meet set targets.
 
·         Must be computer literate and have an understanding of financials. English speaking is an advantage.
 
·         Years of experience:    10 years
