Our client, a multinational company with line of business in manufacturing and marketing of soaps, toiletries, baby products, powders, shampoos and lotions is currently in high need to recruit a professional to fill the following position in the capacity as:
HR MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be in charge of the overall industrial relations function. The key responsibilities will include aligning company regulations with government regulations, generating collective labour agreement and maintaining a good two way communications within the company to ensure harmonious relationship.
QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities
- Has a strong Industrial Relations background is a must
- Minimum 8 years of experience in assuming similar function and role
- Strong leadership and managerial capacity
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, analytical and independent
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with high level of English proficiency
