VACANCY EHS Officer For Sampit KALTENG

In other to support our business growth in the Group Wilmar International Plantation, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill following position.
Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Develop health, safety and environmental compliance policy, procedures and benchmark with industry practices relating to plantation / milling industry. Update as and when required.
Assess risks associated with health, safety and environmental issues in plantation and mill processes and advice the management with options that are pragmatic.
Setting up execution plan for periodic audit with well-laid down procedures.
Coordinate with social department in order to develop and implement social responsibility
Setting up staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work.
To build and maintain management system that comply to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, PROPER, and other certification scheme related to oil palm plantation and mill.
Update on latest health, safety and environmental laws, Labor Laws, situations Rules, Regulation etc. in Indonesia.
To coordinate with HR department to plan and conduct EHS training programs for operating teams and workforce.
To ensure the implementation and periodical reporting of company EIA (environment Impact assessment or Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan, RKL and Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan, RPL.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety, with GPA min. 2.75
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Willing to be relocated in a Central Kalimantan
