FACTORY MANAGER - SURABAYA
(CODE:FCYMGR - SBY)
 
Responsibilities:
·         Coordinate plant operation in the manufacture of quality product, economical and number according to the production plan, to meet the needs of Sales.
·         Ensuring operational plant tunning safety and meet environmental standards and in accordance with the regulations in force
·         Responsible for updating & implementing procedures related to manufacturing activities
 
Requirements:
§   Bachelor Degree (S1) from Technical (Machine, Food Engineering, Electrical, Chemical), Engineering, other with minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00 scale, Post / Master Graduated is preferable.
§   Minimum 6 years experience (preferably experience in Beverages / FMCG industries).
§   Having knowledge in TQM, QC System, HALAL, BPPOM Regulation, HACCP.
§   Self motivated, having excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with high integrity
§   Proficiency of English in both oral and written is a must
§   Computer literate, like Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point etc) and Internet
§   Willing To Be Place at Surabaya area
