 We are currentlysearching for highly qualified candidate for the following positions :

 ENGINEERING MANAGER

1.     Male (age 30 – 40 yearsold)

2.     Min. bachelor degreein Mechanical Engineering from reputable university

3.     Experiences in FireProtection Business or M&E contractor

4.     Having knowledge andexperience in making design, proposal, and good in presentation

5.     PC Literate withMicrosoft Office and other computer programs

6.     Highly trustworthy,ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and pleasant personality

7.     Understand mechanicaland electrical piping design and system

8.     Able to lead and workas a team

 PROJECT / SITEMANAGER

1.     Male or female (max.45 years old)

2.     Min. Diploma III inMechanical / Electrical Engineering (more preferable Bachelor degree for thesame major)

3.     Familiar with FireProtection System

4.     Having min. 3 (three)years experience in handling Fire Protection System Project

5.     Highly trustworthy,ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and pleasant personality

6.     Able to work underpressure

7.     Willing to be placedat the site (out of the city / out of Java island)

 FIRE ENGINEERING /ESTIMATOR

1.     Bachelor degree inMechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputable university

2.     Having min. 5 (five)years experience in designing fire system e.g.: hydrant system, sprinklersystem, foam system, water spray system

3.     PC Literate withMicrosoft Office and Autocad 2D/3D

4.     Min. passive Englishliterate

5.     Able to make BQ

6.     Having good abilityfor presentation and negotiation

7.     Able to work underpressure

 PROJECT QUANTITYSURVEYOR

1.     Male or female (max. 40years old)

2.     Min. Diploma III inMechanical/Electrical Engineering (more preferable Bachelor degree for the samemajor)

3.     Familiar with FireProtection System and all technical materials specifications for FireProtection System

4.     Having min. 3 (three)years experience in Fire Protection System Project

5.     Able to calculate allprojects requirements e.g.: materials, work equipments, consumable (materialtake of)

6.     Able to work underpressure

 HRD MANAGER

1.     Providing adminsupport for HR activities e.g.: recruitment, performance appraisal, promotions,and training

2.     Maintaining employeedata through internal system

3.     Managing headcountactivities

4.     Developing andcontrolling company's procedures policies using efficient and with costmeasures

5.     Developing positionjob desk for each position and career advancement

6.     Managing andmonitoring travel booking, pricing, and budgeting and alliance with travelagent or airlines

7.     Dealing withinsurance and compare best benefits to the employees
