Responsibilities :

Handle permit and license
Drafting, constructing and reviewing  agreement as well as ensuring the compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations;
Provides general corporate documents;

Requirements :

·         Male, max 30 years old,

·         Bachelor Degree (S1)/ Master Degree in Law from reputable University

·         Min 3 years experiences, from oil and gas company will be advantage

·         Have a good relation with government, institution

·         Attractive, good communication skill and lobbying

·         Good presentation skill

·         Excellent written and oral English skills required

·         Computer literate

·         Willing to travel be placed outside the area
