Customer care

We are a growing wedding photography studio company, looking for a new team member as our customer care front person.

Requirements:
* female is preferable, age max. 28 years old
* good physical appearance
* outgoing personality, friendly, people person
* has a friendly voice will be an advantage
* well spoken and written in English is a MUST
* work well under pressure, organised and able to take initiative
* candidate with previous experience in customer service area will be an added advantage

* knowledge in styling/fashion will be an advantage
* knowledge in social media will be an advantage

Job description:

* dealing with clients via email correspondences as well as meetings in person
* will be expected to deal with overseas clientele

* to ensure smooth communication between customer care and production team

* to maintain clientele database
* there will be possibility to handle more marketing related affairs such as arranging exhibition, dealing with media, etc
