Qualifications:
* Proficient in english
* Number 1 up to 3: expatriate, experience min. 10 years
* Number 4 up to 8: local, experience min. 5-7 years
* Number 8 up to 11: local, experience min 3-5 years
* Number 12: have SIM C, able to drive a car
