Our company, PT. Bunga Sari Flour Mills, aim to become the leader in the wheat flour industry currently building one of the largest flour mills manufacturer.
We're also part of a group corporate focusing in food ingredients industry with over than 40 years experience and having strong reputation in soft commodity giants.
Now we are looking for highly motivated and qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
SALES MANAGER
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta, Medan, Bandung
Responsibilities:

Setting sales target, developing sales strategies, and executing sales to meet target
Compiling, monitoring, analyzing and reporting sales performance
Developing new market by expanding, managing, and supporting distribution channels in the area of responsibility
Working closely with distributors and end-customers to resolve pertaining issues, monitor and facilitate flow of information to the Head Office
Providing customer feedback and market research, keeping up-to-date with products, pricing and competitors
Driving marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote brand awareness and increase sales
Working in conjunction with marketing to set strategies and tactics

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably Food Science/ Technology, Engineering, Business Administration (min. GPA 3.00)
Min. 5 years experience in Sales position, preferably from wheat flour industry or any related experience
Having basic technical knowledge in application and product development of wheat flour
Having good networks with customers and distribution channels in wheat flour industry, with proven track record in generating revenue
Fluent in Bahasa and English; Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is preferable
Excellent communication and 'people skills', target oriented, self motivated, excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team, ability to work calmly under pressure, willingness to travel
Good planning, budgeting, and report writing skills
To be placed permanently at Jakarta, Bandung, Medan
