We are a PMA Group Company (Japan) specially manufactures automotive components with fast growth is seeking for highly qualified & talented to fill our vacant positions as:
Production Preparation
 (Level Supervisory)
Responsibilities:
Develop new project with parts localization, control delivery part localization, control actual delivery, control mold capacity, control supplier capacity, control forecast vs actual, delivery and quality performance report
Requirements:

Fluent in Japanese speaking min. level 3
Male/female, age max 30 years old
Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Engineering (Industrial is preferable / Electrical / Mechanical)
Have excellence computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
Experience minimum 2 years in delivery/QC, especially in manufacturing
Have strong communication & coordination skills, good analytical, and like challenges
Understand production flow
Able to work as a team and/or under pressure
Willing to be located at Cikarang
