Secretary in FMCG Company

URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are a FMCG Company, located in Gatot Subroto, are seeking qualified Secretary for Marketing Dept. with below requirements:

- Female, max. 27 years old
- Min. D3 or S1 majoring Secretarial/Administration background from reputable university (preferable from Tarakanita)
- Having experience min. 3 – 4 years
- Able to work as a team and under pressure
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Able to operate Ms. Office (i.e.: Ms. Words, Excel, & Power Point)
- Familiar with SAP
- Capable to handle events
- Oriented to detail
- Highly motivated, hard worker, fast learner, independent & able to do multi tasking job
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to work immediately
