Job Title Department Land Base in Jakarta/Indonesia
- Senior Executive Sales and Marketing

Primary Responsibilities :
- Overall performance of Indonesia Sales team
- Budget planning and monitoring including sales projection/revenue and A&P expenditure

Responsibilities include :
- Marketing of Genting HongKong products – Star Cruise, Norwegian Cruise Line & Resort World Manila in Indonesia market
- Attain budgets set for Indonesia market
- Spearhead marketing and promotional activities to drive business
- Plan and prepare the annual Budget and Action Plans, in support of the Sales and Marketing goals
- Interact with strategic partners such as Tourism Boards to facilitate appropriate level of cruise experience for passengers
- Monitor product life cycle and benchmark against external forces like competition, trends, economic performances etc.
- Ensure smooth implementation of processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and quality standards of the team
- Build a cohesive team with strong group dynamics that is reflected in the performance

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and fluent in English(Written
and Spoken).
- Female (27 until 35 years old).
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in hospitality and travel industry.
- Able to traveling (Overseas
and out of town).
- Must have experience in leading a team.
- Good presentation skills and customer oriented.
- Proactive with initiative, dedicated
- Compliant to timelines
- Excellent Public Relation (PR) skills
