PT GEOSERVICES is a limited company (Ltd.) and 100% owned by Indonesian citizen, PT Geoservices has a solid base of expertise covering all aspects of the exploration and development of Indonesia's oil, gas, coal, mineral, and geothermal industries. Originally providing field sampling and chemical analysis for the mineral industry, PT GEOSERVICES has diversified its services and broadened its clientele.
Now we're looking for highly motivated & experienced proffesionals with positive attitude and personality to fill the following positions :
1. Construction Supervisor
Responsibility :
a. Execute project plan and schedule
b. Optimize and control project resources to meet project target
c. Supervise whole project execution directly
d. Submit daily project report
e. Ensure all works comply with safety regulation, QA/QC and engineering codes/standard
Requirements :
a. Minimum 10 years in construction, which at least 5 years in oil and gas industries in supervisory position for welding and construction activities
b. Able to read and understand the isometric drawing, P&ID, shop drawing.
c. Familiar with all applicable industrial codes, requirements and practices for structural, process piping and vessel fabrication, such as API, ANSI, ASME, AWS, ASTM and other interbational standard codes.
d. Good communication skill
e. Proficiency in English
2. Fitter Foreman
Responsibility :
a. Assistant of Construction Spv to assisst supervise all construction works
b. Provide clear direction and instruction to fitter and welder as per construction Spv instruction
c. Ensure all material is well fitted prepared as per engineering drawing/standar prior executed to next work step
d. Ensure all works comply with safety regulation and QA/QC and engineering codes/standard
Requirements :
a. Minimum 5 years in welding and fitting works, both pipe and structural, which at least 3 years in oil and gas industries.
b. Capable in read and understand the structural drawing, isometric drawing, P&ID, shop drawing.
c. Fully trained and experienced with all types of welding and construction material, consumables and equipment.
d. Familiar with welding codes, requirements and practices for structural, process piping and vessel fabrication, such as API, ANSI, ASME, AWS, ASTM and other international standard codes.
e. Good communication skill
f. Proficiency in english
3. Safety Officer
Responsibility :
a. Provide and develop all safety preparation aspect of project (JSA, TRA etc) with guidance from Company reps
b. Provide and control work permit issuance
c. Responsible for safety of all personnel of the project
d. Check and ensure work area, equipment, lifting gears is safe prior start the job, icluding gas test and weather
e. Submit HSE report periodicaly (daily and weekly).
f. Monitor and report manhours and STOP card submission to Company Safety Dept.
g. Provide work direction/order for safetyman.
h. Ensure all works comply with international safety regulation.
Requirements :
a. Minimum 5 years experience in fabrication and construction field, which at least 3 years in health, safety and environment of offshore oil and gas facilities, or min 3 years as Safety Man (hold K 3 Migas Certificate).
b. Experienced and fully trained with all aspect of industrial health, fire and safety and environment, and shall be familiar with all applicable industrial codes, requirement and practices such as ANZI, OSHA, NFPA, SOLAS.
c. Hold valid K3 Migas Certificate and AGT Certificate
d. Capable to prepare and implementing SOP, HSE manuals and standards, and HSE programs.
e. Good reporting, communication and presentation skill both in English and Bahasa.
f. Computer skill: MS. Word, MS.Excel, MS.Power Point.
