We are a joint venture company of a leading Singapore Property Group and Indonesia Property Group, both are public listed companies. Due to major expansion, we are now have opening for the below exciting position :
 
SENIOR ARCHITECT
 
Requirement :
- Requires a highly experience and well qualified professional registered Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Architectural design (including conceptual design, design development, and workshop drawings) of which 4 years shall have included direct reponsibilities for the design of significant projects covering a wide variety of buildings and housing development.
- Computer skills: Experiences with AUTOCAD design software are crucial and with 3D related presentation software are highly appreciated
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cakung – Jakarta Timur.
 
Other Skills:
- Enthusiastic and motivated, good commercial skills and awareness of customer needs;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and able to work in liaison with team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and able to rise to a challenge with support from senior staff.
