Contract Engineer for Oil & Gas Company

We are, an oil and gas company with offshore field located in Southeast Sumatra area, urgently seeking suitable candidates for:

CONTRACT ENGINEER

Job responsibilities:
• Supervises bidding process & contract administration for goods and services.
• Coordinates bidding process with related Procurement & Legal Departments (Procurement & Legal).
• Defines scope of work, schedule of rate and other associated work related to services projects and or procuring goods including reviews and controls the propriety of the issued bid documents, including the alignment of terms and conditions with the scope of works and type of contract in coordinate with, budget & cost control for AFE preparation.
• Maintains and controls implementation of contract including the expiration date of contract to anticipate the further new tender process, amendment of contract etc.
• Prepares whole process and award agreement of any Direct Selection for internal procurement with some amount range.
• Ensure compliance of health, safety, and environment policies and procedures in the current CNOOC VHSE MS requirement for bid documents package.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
• Min. University Degree in Engineering from reputable University with min. GPA 2,75 from UI, ITB, UGM, and ITS ((Industrial, Mechanical, Offshore or Shipping/Naval Architecture, Marine, Civil), which was graduated between year 2010-2012.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Computer Literacy : familiar with MS Office is required.
• Knowledge on procurement procedure and contract administration in oil and gas industry operation is beneficial.
• Willing to learn and able to work hard as well as under pressure
