Training & Development Specialist
The jobs:
    •Provide Training Need Analysis & analysis of Return of Training Investment.
    •Coordinate with concerned department to ensure that the proper training plan, training procedure and training records are well carried out.
    •Liaise all departments in training activities, training administration & training evaluation

Requirements:
    •University background majoring Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent
    •Required skill(s):  Training & Development, Presentations & Communication Skill
    •Good command of English (both spoken & written)
    •At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
    •Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung (MM2100 Industrial Estate)
