TAX & ACCOUNTING STAFF (TSM-01)
• Classify, records, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
• Ensure all invoice are recorded, verified and approved before entering into accounting system.
• Complete any other tasks associated with invoice booking, such as checking approval, Responsible for ensuring all the company's tax obligations are comply with the Indonesia tax regulation.
• Responsible for setting up the calculation of PPh Badan Perusahaan.
• Responsible for reconciliation between tax object (PPh, PPN) and ledger that has been reported in SPT (tax reconciliation and equalization).
• Prepare monthly taxes payments to the bank.
• Prepare monthly submission to tax office.
• Other assignment determine by his/her superior.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or Tax
• Minimum 27 years old
• Having experience minimum 2 years
• Good team player and details oriented
• Certified on Brevet A and Brevet B
• Fluent in English, Mandarin would be advantage.
• Computer literate
