Requirements:
1. Moslem
2. At least 2 years experience as an Executive Chef / Chef De Cuisine in 4-5 Stars Hotel
3. Familiar Handling 500 - 1000 pax
4. Must be outstanding in Indonesian cuisine and western, arabian food is beneficial
5. Good attitude and willing to work hard
6. Good in Kitchen Administration
7. Good in Menu Planning and Menu Promotion
8. Good in Leadership
