"Sales/Marketing"

Responsibilities : general administrative support of the sales and marketing team in back office

requirements;
1.Female
2.Graduated Bachelor degree from reputable university
3.Fluent in spoken and written English
3.Minimum 2 years experience with proven track record in Oil and Gas business and Industrial
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
5.Pleasant personality with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
6.High level of integrity is a must due to confidentiallity duties to be handled computer literate and highly disciplined individual, with strong drive and initiative
7.Residence in Lippo Karawaci/Tangerang area is preferred.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities;
• Maintained good communication with customer
• Ensure accurate filing and organization of customer and principle files
• Coordinated delivery and returning of Rental Equipment to and from customer
• Preparing Delivery Ticket and/or Returns Goods for all rental equipment send or return from customer
• Coordination of movement all TD Asset
• Assist with tender preparation including spreadsheet entry
• Makes copies of tenders and supporting documentation
• Ensure email and fax of Quotation and PO to customers/principles/vendors are received or transmitted properly.
• Organize of delivery of product with Supervisor
• Arranges and ensures timely delivery of documentation with couriers
• Good knowledge of customer
