Hotel HR Manager
HR MANAGER for 2 Stars Hotel in Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full spectrum of the human resources function including day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the HR Dept, covering recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training and development and employee communications in order to achieve company's goals.
Development and administration of the Human Resourses SOP to achieve optimal productivity
Provide advice on issues related to labour legislation
Preparing monthly reports and ad-hoc reports and preparing HR budget
Conduct investigations on complaints of employee's conduct and take necessary actions
Responsible for staff welfare activities
Other tasks which needed time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Required language(s) : English, Bahasa
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources in the hotel / service industry
Must possess good communications and interpersonal skill
Independent and good personality
Muslim, 35 - 40 years old (Female are preferable)
