A growing law firm, AZP Legal Consultants, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers with data entry;
- Finalization of documents (spell-check and formatting);
- Documents filling (soft copy and hard copy);
- Attending and noting down minutes of meetings;
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls, letters, emails, documents;
- Responding to inquiries;
- Other administrative duties as may be necessary;
- Cooperate with the Executive Assistant in day-to-day matters;
- Running various administrative errands as may be required by the Partners;
- Cooperate with the Executive Assistant in improving the Firm's administrative system for more efficient.
Successful candidates should have at least the following qualifications:
- Acute attention to detail;
- Highly organized;
- Efficient filing skills (at least more than 1-year experience);
- Expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook;
- Excellent typing skills, with speed of at least 65 WPM;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written);
- Quick-thinking and creative;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Able to work overtime when necessary; and
- Some experience in the legal field preferred but not a strict requirement
