1. GA Manager
a. Male , max. 45 y/o
b. Bachelor Degree in any Major
c. Experience as Asst. GA Manager and/or GA Manager for about 2
years, especially in Building Management and project activities
d. Experience in handling and processing legal documentation.
e. Mature, details, report oriented
f. Can work with multitasking jobs and different environment.

2. Maintenance SPV
a. Male , max. 40 y/o
b. Diploma Degree from Technic
c. Experience as Sr. Maintenance Officer and/or Maintenance SPV
for about 2 years, especially in Building Management
d. Experience in Building Maintenance and related to.
e. Mature, details, report oriented
f. Can work with multitasking jobs and different environment.
g. Proficient in English both written and spoken
h. Computer Literate

3. Legal SPV
a. Male / Female, max. 35 y/o
b. Bachelor Degree from Legal Department
c. Experience as Sr. Legal Officer and/or Legal SPV for about 2
years for Legal Corporate
d. Experience in handling and processing legal documentation.
e. Mature, details, report oriented
f. Communicative, Strong Personality and filling oriented person
g. Able to coordinate with different level of positions and other
people (Government, Agent, Lawyer, Notary).
h. Proficient in English both written and spoken
i. Computer Literate

4. Officer Development Program
a. Male / Female, max. 25 y/o, Single
b. Fresh Graduates are welcome
c. Communicative, Mature and active person
d. Proficient in English both written and spoken
e. Computer Literate.
