Urgent hiring for candidate " Sales Engineer".

- Min. Diploma (D3) (Engineer/Technic Mesin)
- Willing to work late hours
- Self motivated, detail oriented, quick respons,handle heavy workload
- Have good attitude and manner
- English Skill (Writting, Reading)

 
Job Description : 1.       Developing strong relationship with building owners while learning about their business also long-term HVAC service and maintenance requirements.
2.       Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
3.       Responsible in getting new maintenance contract and secure existing contract.
4.       Review and document soon to be expired contracts for renewal process
5.       Prepare quotation according to customer's enquiry for maintenance, parts and service repair works.
6.       Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
7.       Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
8.       Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
9.       Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
10.    Analyzing costs and sales;
11.    Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
12.    Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
13.    Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;to manage and monitoring service sales fulfillment.
14.    Liaise with customers to meet sales and service targets on service sales contract, repair, parts and etc.
